DART is a modern retelling of the DC comic book character Green Arrow. Multi-millionaire playboy Oliver Queen was missing and presumed dead in a shipwreck at sea. He found five years later, the survivors on a desert island with his wit and learningthe bow and arrow. When he returns toStarling City, however, he discovers that she has a lot of corruption and crime.
